Hi, this has been my 2nd time using Sureclean for spring cleaning(including mattress and sofa cleaning). Everything went well and the crew led by Kimberly(KK) engaged us in a very professional manner. At start they checked all rooms and briefed us the sequence of cleaning so that we could have an idea of the flow how the cleaning would be done. Then, when each room finished cleaning KK would invite us to inspect and she addressed all our request/question and follow-up on the spot. Also, since our condo is at the 1st floor they agreed to provide us cleaning service on all the exterior side of windows - which is also a big plus! Review is a little late. Engaged in Sure Clean services to spring clean my mum's maisonette which was in shambles after the birth of my son. While busy caring for him with the restrictions of covid-19, finding time and also a cleaner to maintain cleanliness of our place was truly a challenge. What was even more challenging was that my son had really bad eczema, and any little contact with dust, flared up his eczema. Engaging Sure Clean was the best decision ever made. They were so meticulous and cleaned up the entire house spick and span. My entire family mentioned that the house has never been this clean. We enlisted Sureclean to do our post-renovation cleaning and we were extremely pleased with the results. Although, the team arrived later than was scheduled, they kept me informed and since we had the day set aside for unpacking it wasn’t much of an issue. The team of four; Ekta, Aruna, Sana and Shine made quick work of our house, cleaning meticulously from top to bottom, inch by inch. What was a once dust covered floor quickly felt smooth and clean. After a long reno journey, punctuated with the tedious chore of moving and unpacking, the last thing we wanted to do was go through the tiring process of cleaning the entire place, and Sureclean swooped in to save us. I recently hired the cleaning services of Sureclean, and I am very happy with the results. The charge are responsible. The ladies are polite and professional. The team were lead by Khema with Tina, Shine, Sana, Mable and Nicole. They deep cleaned my 40 year old apartment, and it look really difference now. I just had my booster jab yesterday so we decided to engage SureClean services as i saw many good reviews as well a friend of mine recommended it to me.Straightaway liaise and made payment,nearing raya and 2 of the indian female staff came,did a really good job.They were thorough and patient as well as I did mentioned a few areas that they might overlooked.Despite having to extend,they did their very best to clean the house.I had a spoilt washroom cabinet in my masterbedroom,my husband decided to break open its door,leaving some stains and debris.Even after proceeding to other rooms,she came back to deepclean under the cabinet,job well done😍 Today is my first service with SureClean but will not be my last,will definitely engage them again nearing raya next year! ~ Nisa K

Chanced upon these guys on google as we required a disinfection service to prep our house for a weekend of visitors. We requested for a disinfection service and a curtain cleaning service. They came 15 mins early, and were extremely thorough with their cleaning of the curtains. I could see that they went through it multiple times per curtain fold, and even cleaned both sides of the curtain tiebacks. Then they started the disinfection service, and gave clear instructions on what to expect. They gave every room a thorough "smoking" which is basically a light misting over all of the touchable surfaces (including walls). They completed both services within 60 minutes (for a 5rm HDB). I was very impressed by their work and will highly recommend anyone to try their services in the future. I'll be back for sure! ~ Mark T

Engaged Sureclean for curtain cleaning and sanitization services. I’m one of those who can’t live without curtains for a night for those usual laundry pickup services. Needed a quick yet thorough same-day cleanup for all my full length curtains. Cleaning of 8 day and 8 night curtains took about 2 hours. Abu was the sureclean rep who cleaned my curtains. He was very thorough and patient with his service and even scrub my curtains as some of the day curtains had mold due to rain and improper drying. He gave some advice on how to better manage curtains during rainy days and was able to remove most of the mold. I’ve attached a picture of how the mold look like (black dots). Very satisfied with his service and would recommend this to anyone who requires fuss free cleaning service with minimal down time. ~ Ervin N

Susu and Jana helped to do the cleaning for my new place! They were very hardworking, friendly and detailed! My house was left sparkling clean. Very professional service and they are definitely an asset to the company! Please reward them:) Abit of downside- had spot check places and noticed there are still dust n webs, but got them to clean it before they left. Adding on, i engage the germ cleaning and mr teo was the one who did. He was professional, very patient even though i had to make him wait for almost 1hr as there were some ppl fixing my furnitures at my new place. Engaged SureClean back in Mar-22 for general house cleaning. I have been satisfied with the service provided by the crew. There’s always a liaison officer that manages any queries I may have. Yiwen was my officer and it’s been a pleasure to have her as she’s responsive and responsible. My current crew, SQ, who’s been cleaning my house weekly has been with us for 8 months now and I’ve been satisfied with her services. She is on time, able to work independently with almost no supervision and ensures everything is done properly before leaving. It was good service, did not expect them to bring along such a huge professional equipment to complete the job. The person who came tried his very best in cleaning my sofa which was rather tough to clean, but it looked brand new afterwards. When posted on social media all my friends said that it looked new! And of course we felth comfortable lying down on our super clean mattress and "new" sofa. All dirty stuff was captured in a pail for us to inspect prior to disposal. It is definitely recommended because our normal everyday equipment is not able to clean things as well as theirs. Not many can live up to a name. One might say Sure Clean sure is a bold one but the work they've done for us is testament to it. Macs and his team were attentive to our needs and they truly delivered. Even under the flaps for the sockets of our desks', cleaned! We engaged them for their deep cleaning services for our office and couldn't be more pleased. For anyone considering, consider no more. Extended: Quite embarrassing but has to be shown. We had a drawer that was quite disastrous and we thought it'd be a goner but they really came through. Attached are before and after pictures and do not be fooled, the before picture does not do it justice to how truly disgusting it was. If you have to entrust your home/ office to anyone, Sure Clean is your sure bet for no bare minimums but service that goes beyond. ~ VV

The Sureclean cleaning crew of 5 (Eswary, Vijaya, Haishu, Puy & May) arrived promptly at 9am on a Saturday morning. My place needed cleaning up post renovation as it was dusty & things were in disarray. The crew brought everything with them - cleaning equipment, cloth, detergent and others. Once they were briefed on what to do & areas to clean, the team got down to cleaning the surfaces, mopped the floor twice & shifted the furniture to the places once they were done. Areas were thoroughly cleaned, which included piping, picture frames, coffee table, TV console, sideboard. They also went the extra mile of vacuuming carpets & obliged us with cleaning of smaller items. They were very professional & careful when cleaning. Overall, very satisfied with their cleaning services & would engage them again. ~ LWMC

I have been engaging Sureclean for the weekly general cleaning and the quarterly cleaning. Firstly, their customer service Leah and the liaison officer Yiwen are always responsive to my queries and requests. For the cleaning staff, Ruby, as my weekly cleaning staff, is always punctual, professional in her work and she requires minimal supervision. I am very satisfied with her work and attitude. For the quarterly cleaning, team leader Eswary and her team are very reliable and know what to do. They went extra mile when I requested for help in moving stuff and disposed some items. Eswary is a good team leader and can manage her team well. 1 more service is disinfectant of the apartment, done by Abu. Very professionally done and meticulous. ~ Juliana G

We engaged Sure Clean for post renovation cleaning. The team made up of Eswary, Jana, Haishu and Kk. They arrived conveniently early during my session. Although we had some last minute touch up works in the house, they were able to work with me to clean my new home systematically. I like that the team is warm, professional and able to collaborate with me in tackling different areas in the home. Eswary is the team leader and she executed her role professionally and warmly. I engaged SureClean cleaning services upon my sister’s recommendation. Having just moved into our new place, I felt the need to do a thorough cleaning of all our mattresses and sofa and wanted it child-safe as well. Hui Heng was very patient in answering my concerns and explaining the differences between wet and dry-cleaning and gave his recommendation on what would work best for us. Having seen how he carried out the cleaning and seeing the filth in the water collected after, I feel very assured that our mattresses and sofa are now clean and good to go! I am surprised by how much dust mites and dead skin found on my 3 year old mattress! I always thought my mattress is as good as new! My sofa feels super clean after the upholstery cleaning too! They end off with steam mopping the whole house and their signature Titan spray, 365 protection from germs, bacteria and HFMD! . . Excellent service. Abu came on time, very punctual and polite. Got down to work and was patient with my multiple questions. He was eager to show me the before and after difference. He took care of the big stubborn stains and did a thorough job, without rushing and ensuring all corners are well cleaned. He cleaned one big carpet (deep cleaning) , one queen and one single mattress (wet/deep mattress cleaning) all patiently and informed how long to dry it. He tried his best to clean the big spots and coffee stains 😂. Overall very pleasant experience and very glad Abu was assigned to help. Sureclean Pte Ltd has provided a very positive experience from the initial stage of clarifying the type of services & engagement to the actual day of cleaning. Peggy is swift in responding to our enquiries upon the point of engagement and the reminder sent a week before the actual day of cleanup urges us to do some basic packing to be ready for the day. In early Jan, I engaged Sureclean for Post-Renovation service for cleaning. Eswary and Ekta came over very punctually and was really hardworking and helped to clean my post renovation. Their service and attitude were great and helped to clean all the difficult to reach (Windows, Shelves, Drawers). We also added on the service for cleaning of Fridge, they did such a great job. Overall am very satisfied with the service, once in awhile they missed out some spots but once I shared with them, they were happy to help assist further. However, as the service was only provided by 2 staff, the cleaning was extended - from 3pm to 9pm, but that's understandable due to the CNY period. ~ Jonathan Q
